Biesy are a band from Poland that plays a blackened form of death metal and this is a review of their 2017 album "Noc Lekkich Obyczajow" which will be released in September by Third Eye Temple.
Distorted guitar riffing starts off the album which also goes into a heavier direction a few seconds later along with all of the musical instruments sounding very powerful and after awhile death metal growls are added onto the recording and the songs also bring in a great amount of dissonant structures.
Grim black metal screams are also used at times and when t he music speeds up a great amount of blast beats can be heard and the fast riffs also use a great amount of tremolo picking and the solos and leads also give the songs a more complex atmosphere while spoken word parts are also utilized at times and a great portion of the tracks are very long and epic in length and you can also hear all of the musical instruments that are present on the recording and avant garde elements are also used briefly.
Biesy plays a style of blackened death metal that is very modern and dissonant, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics are written in Polish and cover urban decay themes.
In my opinion Biesy are a very great sounding blackened death metal band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Kazdego Dnia" "Czerri Nas Prosi" and "Noc Lekkich Obyczajow". 8 out of 10.
