Chaos Inception are a band from Alabama that plays a mixture of Florida style death metal and Brazilian style blackened death metal and this is a review of their 2012 album "The Abrogation" which was released by Lavodome Productions.
Drums range from slow, mid paced to fast drumming with a great amount of brutal sounding blast beats being thrown into the music, while the bass playing has a very strong and powerful sound with brutal riffs that dominate throughout the recording.
Rhythm guitars range from slow, mid paced to fast death metal riffs that are very technical, heavy and brutal sounding with influences from both death metal scenes of Florida and Brazil along with a blackened death metal edge being added to the riffing, while the lead guitars are very chaotic and technical sounding death metal guitar solos and leads.
Vocals range from deep death metal growls to high pitched blackened death metal screams, while the lyrics cover Sumerian Mythology, Necromancy, Occultism and dark themes, as for the production it has a very strong, powerful, heavy, brutal and professional sound where you can hear all of the musical instruments that are present on this recording.
In my opinion Chaos Inception are a very great sounding blackened death metal band and if you are a fan of this style, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Lunatic Necromancy" "Pazuzu Eternal" "Ancient Ways Prevail" and "The Exterminati". RECOMMENDED BUY.
