This is a review of another recording from Conquerors which continues the brutal style of blackened thrash metal from their previous releases and the album was released in 2021 by Music-Records and called "Stormbringer".
Black metal screams start off the album before going into a very fast and brutal musical direction which also utilizes a great amount of blast beats. Melodies are also added into some of the guitar riffing while the music always brings in a great amount of 80's thrash metal elements and mixes it in with a more modern day brutality.
The songs also add in a decent mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts while tremolo picking can also be heard in some of the faster riffing. All of the music also avoids the use of any guitar solos or leads along with th e music also always remaining true to a very heavy and brutal musical direction.
On this recording Conquerors remains true to the brutal blackened thrash metal style that they have established on previous releases. The production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover Darkness, War and Blasphemy themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Conquerors and if you are a fan of brutal blackened thrash metal, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Stormbringer" "Crushing The Faith" "Execration's Path" and "The Fallen". 8 out of 10.
