Tumulario are a band from Columbia that plays a mixture of black, thrash and speed metal and this is a review of their 2025 album "Vestigios" which was released as a joint effort between Satanath, Vestigios and The End of Time Records.
A very dark, heavy yet melodic sound starts off the album while you can also hear all of the musical instruments that are present on this recording. Clear singing can also be heard on a couple of songs along with the harsh vocals being black metal screams and when the music speeds up a lot of blast beats can also be heard.
Elements of thrash and speed metal are also utilized throughout the album while the songs also add in a good mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts. Keyboards are also used briefly along with a couple of tracks also being long and epic in length, tremolo picking is also added into some of the faster riffing and the solos and leads are done in more of an old school style when they are introduced as well as the closing track also adding in a brief use of clean playing.
Tumulario plays a musical style that takes black, thrash and speed metal and mixes them together to create a sound of their own. The production sounds very professional while the lyrics are written in Spanish and cover Metal, Evil and Darkness themes.
In my opinion Tumulario are a very great sounding mixture of black, thrash and speed metal and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band. RECOMMENED TRACKS INCLUDE "iHail gran metal" and "May The Metal Live Again". 8 out of 10.
